How do I submit a donation request?

Please download our Donation Request Form below and email your completed form to frontdesksomi@blomeawaysomi.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How soon can I pick up my donation?

We will have it ready for pickup within one week of receiving your request.  If you have not heard back from us, call us at 305.661.5240.
