CANCELLATION POLICY 

effective january 1st 2024

We hope you understand that in order to serve all of our customers on time we must implement the following polices.

NEW DIGITAL POLICY

All appointments will require a credit card on file to book.

​

TO CANCEL

You can call us at either of our locations or you can use our MINDBODY app to cancel. If you are cancelling outside of salon hours, please use our MINDBODY app.

CANCELLATION

If you do not cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

For the following nail services (gel/regular manicure, and regular pedicure) you will be charged a $15 fee.

NO SHOW

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a $45 cancellation fee per hour of your scheduled appointment. (For example, if you have an appointment for a root touch-up and blow out which is 2 hours, you will be charged $90.)

For the following nail services (gel/regular manicure, and regular pedicure) you will be charged $25.

 

LATE POLICY

We will try our hardest to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee your appointment.

GIFT CARD POLICY

All gift cards are assignable, redeemable for services only, and expire after 1 year.
