NEW CANCELLATION POLICY 

EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1. 2018

We hope you understand that in order to serve all of our customers on time we must implement the following polices. 

 

CANCELLATION

If you do not call to cancel within 2 hours of your appointment we will charge $20 to your customer account

and will be due at your next visit.

 

NO SHOW

If you do not show up to your appointment $40 will be charged to your customer account and will be due at your next visit.

 

LATE POLICY

We will try our hardest to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you arrive more then 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee your appointment.
